Radio and Technology Services Vision:

To allow the Rusk County ESD #1 to accomplish operational priorities and achieve solutions that are fully functional and transparent to the first responders and taxpayers of the district. 

Mission:

To provide timely, reliable, and cost-efficient technology and communications platforms and solutions, contributing to safe and effective incident responses and improve transparency for district information and services. 

Goals:

• Continue development of communications networks for our first responders and support of our law enforcement and educational partners in our regional radio system. 
• Improvement of records management processes and ease of incident management for our departments.
• Development of technology infrastructure to meet future development and growth.
• Utilize best practices in data security and integrity.
• Develop and maintain a robust website that is transparent and accessible for all.
