Gloria, and her late husband Bud, have lived in Rusk County for over 40 years and is currently serving as the Board Commissioner for Precinct 3. She and her husband have 2 children, twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Gloria is a retired Human Resources manager and has served on the ESD Board since May 2009. She currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Board and is also a State Certified ESD Board Commissioner.
