Brian, along with his wife Julie, have lived in Rusk County for over 40 years and is currently serving as the Board Commissioner for Precinct 1. He and his wife have 3 children, 1 has graduated Texas A&M University and 2 are active in public service. He has been a member of the New London VFD for over 37 years and has been in law enforcement for over 30 years, with the last 16 at the Henderson Police Department. He is currently the Support Services Lieutenant and Emergency Management Coordinator. He was appointed to the ESD Board in 2018 and currently serves as the Vice President of the Board.
