Course Description:
This comprehensive course provides emergency responders with the knowledge and skills required to perform rescues involving common passenger vehicles. Aligned with NFPA 1006 Chapter 8 standards, participants will learn advanced techniques for assessing and stabilizing vehicles, accessing and extricating patients, and managing scene safety during motor vehicle incidents. Through a combination of hands-on exercises and scenario-based training, attendees will gain practical experience using specialized tools and equipment essential for effective vehicle rescue operations. This course is designed for firefighters, EMS personnel, and other emergency responders seeking to enhance their technical rescue capabilities.
